¿Tomas suficiente agua? ¿Realmente, impacta tus resultados?

 

El 60% de tu cuerpo está compuesto de agua, lo cual es increíble cuando te detienes y piensas realmente en este hecho. Constantemente estás perdiendo agua sudando y yendo al baño- y esta agua debe ser repuesta para mantener tu cuerpo sano, #EnForma y orden de funcionamiento.

Sí, es muy probable que tomar más agua facilite resultados más rápidos de la pérdida de grasa. Ésto se debe principalmente a dos factores:

 

  1. Un Aumento En el Metabolismo: los estudios muestran que el agua potable temporalmente aumenta el metabolismo durante una hora o así. Beber agua fría aumentará su metabolismo aún más. Ésto significa más calorías quemadas, y más libras perdidas.
  2. Una Reducción del Apetito: Mantenerse adecuadamente hidratado ayuda a reducir los signos de deshidratación, que a menudo se confunden con el hambre. Es también una estrategia viable para beber un vaso lleno de agua inmediatamente antes de una comida con el fin de reducir la ingesta de calorías de esa comida, lo que lleva a bajar la ingesta calórica general para el día.

 

Hidratación y Salud

Mantenerse hidratado va a ayudarle a perder grasa más rápido. Aunque, ese no es el único beneficio que usted experimentará. Las siguientes son todas las mejoras de salud que usted tiene que esperar cuando consume una cantidad adecuada de agua al día:

  • Disminución del riesgo de cálculos renales
  • Piel más sana y menos acné

 

Está claro que el consumo de  agua potable durante todo el día es una parte importante de estar saludable y alcanzar la meta que al final estar #EnForma por fuera, pero sentirte #EnForma por dentro. Una de las mejores maneras de asegurarte de que cumplas con tus metas de hidratación es mantener una gran botella de agua contigo en todo momento, y rellenarla cada vez que esté vacía. De esa manera, tu misma recuerdas y llevas “record” de la cantidad de agua que has consumido en el día.

 

Recuerda que lucir #EnForma por fuera es bueno, pero sentirse #EnForma por dentro es mucho mejor.
