Yo entiendo, estás ocupada, estresada, y no sientes ganas de ejercitarte.

Para la motivación, no hay una respuesta que encaje para todas las personas, ya que las personas son motivadas por diferentes razones, así que, explora estas 5 razones…

 

Motivador #1: Salud
¿Has mirado la larga lista de beneficios para la salud que te entrega el ejercicio? Es bastante impresionante. El ejercicio no solo te ayuda a lograr y mantener un peso saludable, también te ayuda a bajar el mal colesterol, triglicéridos y la presión sanguínea, mientras mejora la cantidad de buen colesterol en tu cuerpo.

Adicionalmente, el ejercicio endurece tus huesos y músculos, disminuye tu riesgo de cáncer, disminuye el estrés y te ayuda a luchar contra la depresión.

 

Motivador #2: Disfrute
Si no disfrutas el ejercicio para nada, es hora de encontrar una manera de hacerlo más divertido. A todo el mundo le gusta hacer cosas que disfrutan. Puede que odies correr, pero disfrutes nadar o montar bicicleta. Tal vez no te guste estar solo y prefieras ser sociable. ¡Únete a un equipo! O tal vez no te gusta la idea de manejar hasta el gimnasio, cambiarte de ropa y ejercitarte frente a muchas otras personas. Averigua a qué hora tu gimnasio tiene menos gente, y ver a esas horas. Has lo que sea más divertido para ti y será menos probable que pares.

 

Motivador #3: Más Seguridad
Si estas fuera de forma o tienes sobrepeso, puede que necesites de mucho coraje para comenzar una rutina de ejercicio. Recuerda ser segura en quien eres, sin importar la talla o forma. No te compares con alguien con una figura más delgada caminando por el gimnasio. Mantén los ojos en tu meta y no esperes perfección luego de solo una semana de ejercicio. Lucha por obtener tu propia figura esbelta – no la de alguien más.

 

Motivador #4: Lograr Tus Metas
Si acabas de comenzar en el mundo del ejercicio, es una buena idea establecer metas. ¿Cuanto peso te gustaría perder? ¿Que tan lejos te gustaría correr? Trabajar hacia una meta es un gran motivador. Sin embargo, no establezcas metas surrealistas, esto podría desanimarte. Para evitarlo, establece pequeñas metas. Cuando las alcances, disfruta tu sentimiento de logro y luego establece metas nuevas para continuar mejorando tu salud.

 

Motivador #5: Recompensa
Las recompensas son una gran motivación. De hecho, la mayoría de lo que haces en la vida está motivado por alguna clase de recompensa, ya sea intrínseca o extrínseca. Cuando de ejercitarse se trata, una buena recompensa no debería ser un helado, pero podría ser un nuevo par de pantalones que has visto, o tal vez una noche con tus amigos. Quizá para ti, la pérdida de peso y una buena presión sanguínea son recompensa suficiente. Solo ten en cuenta que tu arduo trabajo da resultado y merece ser recompensado.
